Hi all, welcome to my blog site, you will enjoy reading about some of my discoveries. let’s start with personal vulnerability.
I am (your name) a special person
You may be imperfect, unusual, not really who you thought you were. Never mind, you are work in progress. Who do you want to be? From this moment see yourself as that person. Your vision and purpose shapes you.You have all you need to get there.
Vulnerability
Vulnerability – Susceptible to emotional hurt or external control or physical attack. Liable to succumb, as to persuasion or temptation.
As humans we tend to be deficient in certain areas of life at some point in time. We than become vulnerable to our co-travellers (family, friends, colleagues competitors, enemies and so on).
We are created to be in control of ourselves, environment and other living things (not people) – remembering the Garden of Eden; however, evil men have extended this to include other humans even to the point of annihilating competitors. Cain killed Abel because he was envious of him.
History tells us of tribal and national wars using bow and arrow, guns, bombs and other weapons, but today, tactics rather than physical warfare is employed these include conspiracy, technological manipulation, industrialisation, materialism, capitalism and lots more.
To survive and be who we want to be, we need to be in control of all factors contributing to our peace and wellbeing. Let’s start with the basics, food, clothing and shelter. Thrive to be gainfully employed in activities that will generate money to enable you provide these. Nothing should stand between you and an honest and morally acceptable job.
Be content with who you are and where you are coming from, others may emotional degrade you to make you their subject – mind game, if you constantly remember your vision and purpose you will not fall victim.
Always search within for more knowledge and answers; there are resources every where – internet books, newspapers, travelling, library and getting involved in practical activities of everyday.
In as much as God does not want us to hurt others, he does not want others to hurt us (be wise as serpents and innocent as doves). We should be victors and not victims.

It is a constant challenge to watch out for those that want to take advantage of your vulnerability to the extent of controlling or abusing you. These people surprisingly are right in your family, church and at work and then of course in the wider society.
